Struggling with squared hips?

TIPS:
1) If students are not remembering to relax into the stretch, they will not improve.
2) It is better for students to have their hips higher than to be unsquared. Always have them
come higher and

3) A student should never feel pain, or the stretch in their back. If they are feeling it there,
have them drop their chest slightly forward until they don’t feel it in their backs. Make sure they keep their core in.
4) Make sure students keep dropping their hips down and stay there. They must actively try to improve by lowering their hips to get a result.
